Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic comes from the Greek ‘chiro’ meaning 'hand' and ‘practikosi’ which means 'to practise'. So chiropractic means 'to practise by hand.' Chiropractors use their hands or other similar gentle techniques to realign or ‘adjust’ the spine or joints in order to remove interference to the nervous system and so help the body to heal itself and in doing so remove pain and discomfort.
